  • government, regulatory, or law-enforcement bodies where required by law (including under AML/CTF legislation); and
  • any other party where you have consented.

We may also collect non-personal or anonymised data (such as aggregated statistics, device type, browser information, and general location data) to improve our services, understand usage trends, and optimise user experience. This data cannot be used to identify you.


Overseas Disclosure

We may use cloud-based systems or third-party service providers (including those used by Finsure) that store or process personal information outside Australia.

Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your information in a manner consistent with Australian privacy laws. Overseas recipients may be subject to foreign laws requiring disclosure, for which we are not responsible.
